Well, the armour totally nullified the hit, but it's a shame the Shtora-1 didn't neutralize it first.
Looks like gunner bailed out of instinct... Terros end the vid before the T-90 probably trundled off.
I'm guessing the Shtora did not kick in due to the gunner's open hatch which manually overrides the EOAPS, or maybe the crew felt they were getting too many false-positives from the automated detector and had flicked it off. Whatever the case, remember, always leave your APS on kids.

Shtora was off as I noted in the description. The tank shrugged it off so no Western fanboying, probably be a bit of salt actually from the erm... speculators.
Hope so. But still they taken their sweet time to take the good Armor out! They sure want to get some data on how it perform for future Upgrades
I think the missile hit the ERA blocks around the turret. Then again, I can't tell if it has ERA equipped from that distance.
T-90A, so it's covered in Kontakt-5 by default, raw penetrating power from an ATGM will punch through even the best of composites so I'm assuming it was the ERA that killed it.
Yeah that's what I thought. If was just the raw hull of the tank then it would be gone.
I would just like to point out that the Syrians are operating T-90s, not T-90As. There is a 12 year difference between the variants. Too many reports with the incorrect designation seem to have rubbed off.
