Actually, that ERA blocks are made to protect tanks from things like that... I doubt that missile will make anything more than damage to reactive armor...
Javelins(which is what the missile in the picture looks like), along with most other modern HEAT weaponry use a precursor warhead to detonate any ERA armor prior to the main warhead firing, making ERA much less effective.
Javelins have poor range and weak warhead. Also they could be easily jammed by opto-electronical countermesure systems.
Detonate every ERA reactive armor? I wouldn't agree with you there. Our modernised ERA is designed to defeat tandem-warheads... 2 plates of explosive inside "brick" are enough to stop warheads cumulative jet for touching surface of turret.
Anyway, we are start to receiving T-72BA's with Kontakt5 ERA who proves his ability to withstand various of tank shells, even KE ones, so as ATGM and missiles fired from helicopters and ground-attack planes... and if you have some knowledge about military, you will know that majority of ATGM's have bigger penetration power than one Javelin who have small warhead.
