Cold war turned hot, atleast ppl over at a forum said that the caption is this. Looks interesting, would be nice if someone could translate and reupload. It haves tanks so it fits here :P
From what i can see this is some sort of an encyclopedic article. Its certainly post-cold war since it talks abut the Brits and their armored combat tactics, something the Soviets will never make an encyclopedia article about.
Well, that fact that these articles are written in russian says that soviets at least studied these comics in those times.
Gotta know your enemy.
where to read this enciklopedy :)
