Is it just me, but the turret doesn't look Russianish? I mean; where did the mushroom head go?
It is Russian. It's the main platform for Russia's next gen tank (under the name T-99), IFV, Combat Engineering Vehicle, APC, Mobile Artillery, and Armored Recovery. This is probably a test for the T-99.

Looks russian to me. Base on the chasis, the design and the machine gun.
Hull=Somewhat.
Turret=Nowere close.
Turret layout is totally different from the inside, the turret mechanism is unmanned and possess a linear auto-loader instead of the revolving caroussel one, all three crew members are inside the chassis, no one is in the turret + all ammo are in the turret for crew protection, Crew protection security levels are increase by the separated cocoon-like armor on the front of the Armata chassis.
