Tales of Vesperia Unofficial Translation Patch Is Out (well it was out around half year ago ^^ ..... )
For these who wanted to play TOV PS3 version with english subtitles (since PS3 ver never was released in the west)
You now have new hope, As long as you have the MEANS to run Tales of Vesperia Unofficial patch tool you can enjoy the game with english subtitles
The patch can be found on the group site here
For these who don't have the means to run the tool on their PS3s there's some nice alternative dictionary that can be found here
