Installation Process : (thanks mp5lng for your note)
1-Install COP 1.6.02 retail [English]
2-Extract (S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Пространственная аномалия (update 4) v. 1.001) to your game
3-Extract FIX (Мини-фикс (исправлен вылет в диалоге с Петровичем + вшиты все предыдущие фиксы)) to your game
4-Apply English translation (Spatial Anomaly English Patch 1.2 by TKGP)
5-Change fsgame.ltx line

I have a problem. The mod itself is working, but the text isn´t being shown correctly. All that it shows me is the code that triggers the command, but not the text itself. Does the mod also include the OWR mod? I had the same problem with that mod, too.
maybe , it's an internal problem ? i mean corrupted driver ? wrong update ? i didn't find any problem with it :/
I had the same issue, Its a localization problem, Change your game lenguage to english throught the game's Steam Properties and you should be ready to go.
and when i only have the retail version of it? cause i have the same prob
