Description
HMS Thunderchild was a torpedo ram but in this ilustration it looks more like a Formidable class battleship.
The Thunderchild is trying to rescue a civilian steamer and fend off the martian attack of 3 tripods, the torpedo ram managed to take out all tripods but was sinked in the process. The picture shows the thunderchild being hit by the heat ray, the front melt and the ship colides with the martian and takes it with it to the deapth :'(
