Description
This is a seamless tile so you can convert it to TGA or PNG to use ingame.
Needs some fixing.

Easiest way is clone stamp tool. Blurry parts are too obvious. Can be fixed with sponge and sharpen tools.
Maybe some detail and adjustment layers to make it more fluent and smooth.
I do it like this anyway :) But I'm sure pros use more advanced techniques.
Yeah, I can see the blurry areas too. I suppose once the texture is in game and has specular, normals and bump applied to it, the blurry edges won't be so obvious.
