A falled Alien ship from the Tiberian Sun.
AFAIK this is not a scrin ship, but a ship from those who created the tacitus - maybe a similar race.
It was created by data retrieved from the Tacitus, and it was not made by scrin but by an other race, similary advanced like the Scrin, perhaps eradicated by them...
