Description
The Hamangia culture is a Late Neolithic archaeological culture of Dobruja (Romania and Bulgaria) between the Danube and the Black Sea and Muntenia in the south. It is named after the site of Baia-Hamangia, discovered in 1952 along Golovița Lake.[1]

Yeah,They were pretty intelligent too
They were an advanced civilization that had flying ships and all sorts of high technologies too
Now i wonder,why did they dissapear :P
They had weapons of mass destruction dropped from those ships
Or the Flood wiped everything out , these were civilizations before the Flood btw.
