Description
Meet Emperor Vâlkun, Dragon-King, or "Dragon of the East", ruler of a united Rhûn and Harad. During the Fourth age, the Rhûnic people suffered heavy losses against Gondor. After all had settled down, a new ruler emerged from the chaos, and started uniting the Rhûnic tribes, and their serpent-allies from the south, the Haradrim, to bring back the glory days of the Wainriders.
