I'm still working on some stuff (I don't have much time sadly) but I'm wanting to start from scratch and learn how to work with the weather configs. You can get a similar look by changing the sun settings in the console - and obviously using nice textures helps.
I like it! Which reshade present are you using meatchunk?
It's one of the versions I had of my VodkaVision preset I made, check out my addons section on my profile or in the CoC addons.
