In particle physics, antimatter is the extension of the concept of the antiparticle to matter, where antimatter is composed of antiparticles in the same way that normal matter is composed of particles. The process by which this asymmetry between particles and antiparticles developed is called baryogenesis.

Also, to add it. Anti-Matter contains Negative force with in fused with Positive force from Matter would create the big ka-boom.
For example, Anti-Hydrogen and Hydrogen but fused would release a variety of rays (as Bady pointer above), and with Particle and Anti-Particle creating Gammas and other carried along.

If Anti-Matter was ever a success, it would be an end, these weapons are just terrifying, Nukes are enough to deal with .
But these days 1 gram of Anti-matter comes at 4 Trillion$ ($4.000.000.000.000) And would take Billions of years to create, and they need to find a matter which could sustain the intense power of anti-matter without triggering an explosion.
