I too have a fancy shelter, but you don't see me bragging about it, do you?... oh wait.
EDIT: In case anyone's wondering, this is actually a Minecraft recreation from a structure in Empire Earth II, with a few tweaks... can you guess which one is it, and from which civilization and epoch?
Meh, it's a wee bit bigger than a large house.
Did you build it all in survival, harvesting and everything?
It's bigger on the inside, believe me ;)
Also survival only - and my first large-scale project while we're at it. Until then I had only made small village-level structures to make... well, fancier villages. I just am not used to make huge monuments like yours :P
Speaking of which, how long did it take you to make your castle? It took me five days to make mine.
Countless hours over the course of several months.
Ah well, all I wanted was a fancy "shelter", large enough to house things like a portal/enchanting room etc. To each his own, I guess! :D
I like your gateway. It's a lot like the ones I make, but how you have that wall section with an arch sticking out further giving it a better shape than the ones I've built.
