The title explains it all but this group is a fan group for the Video Games Mass Effect 1 (ME1), Mass Effect 2 (ME2), and Mass Effect 3 (ME3). This is the place to post images, videos and news about the Mass Effect Universe, comics and games.

The fourth picture featuring Thane Krios. The whole image is deprived of rich colors, and is kept in a blue tint. He's also included some glow and volumetric light. All this was made to emphasize Thane's personality as an assassin.
You can sense some jagged/uneven edges and little "ghosting" elements. This was done deliberately in order to give the artwork the sense of motion. An effect as if the viewer snapped a frame or paused the video and caught Thane in a position in which he is about to use his powers (just imagine him raising hand with biotics powering up).
unfortunately i dont think he actually will be in ME3... since he was dying in ME2 :[
He might survive long enough to appear in ME3 and then die somewhere in the storyline.
remember in ME 2 someone send you a mail about a drell surviving the disease ?

Damn Thane looks awesome in this picture =)
I reckon if he is in me3 he'll become a more sideline character like Liara is in me2. We need a member of his species in our squad in me3 though, just for finishing touches.
