Okay, found this unit and enabled it on custom in TATW.
I ended it in the end unintended because it crashed.
500 dogs x 20 + 250 Goblins = Orc army
250 Elves x 20 = Elven Army
Elves OWNED the dogs at long range. Got owned when melee came.

how do you have 250 of those elves arent they like 75 or something???
in the menu you have options and then game options and you should find unit scale around there somewhere.
Editing. My EDU makes every unit 250 and arrows insta kill.
And a LOT of un-balanced changes like 2 HP for Uruks and 10 for trolls.
Only units with no 250 are the Wardogs for OOtMM which have 750, Trolls, which have 10-25
