BRUTAL HALF LIFE GORDONS JOURNAL: ENTRY 2
It happened. just as i feared. we should have known this would happen and stopped that god forsaken test! but the damn idiot administrator just wouldn't ******* listen! i went in the test chamber, and i followed their instructions. but once i inserted that ******* crystal into the machine, all hell broke lose. things started exploding. aliens were appearing and disappearing, or maybe i was just seeing things, i dont know. i got teleported to this otherworldly place. it had this weird water. and this bizzare.... thing drinking out of it. it had hooves, patterns on its body, brown skin. souless white pupiless eyes, and red tentacles on its mouth. didint get a glimpse of its mouth though. and there was this weird alien plant thing on the ground. and this weird floating transparent ball with organs floating around it. then i got teleported to another weird place. it was dark, the ground looked weird, and i was surrounded by these humanoid creatures making weird noises like they had their own ******* language! then, all went black. and i woke up in the test chamber, but it was in ruins. i went into the hallway, and i will never forget what i saw. dead bodys littered the floor. a machine exploded and even ******* crushed one! i felt sick. but i carried on. i made my way to the floor above me, and i saw those two scientists with eachother. one was sitting down and the other was standing. i heard them talk to eachother, "why didint they listen? we tried to warn them! i never thought I'd see a resonance cascade, let alone create one!" then the one that was standing up noticed me and said "gordon, your alive! thank god for that hev suit, im afraid to move him and all our phones are out. please, get to the surface as soon as you can and let someone know that we are stranded down here! you'll need me to activate the retinal scanners, im sure the rest of the science team will gladly help you!" im just catching my breath and writing in this. but i know i cant stay in here forever. i have to carry on and get someone to help us!

Just another day at work. im on the train just writing in my journal right now. im late to work and i have an important test to do today. gotta push this weird crystal into a machine. im just worried that we are messing with things we shouldnt be messing with. i tried to warn the administrator but he didint really care about the risks. i just hope all goes well. well, the train has stopped. time for another day at work.
in the locker room writing. dont care what they say. i will make it quick. barney was atleast nice to me today. but the scientists wanted nothing to do with me. although some of them were nice to me. i got into a "hev suit" that was orange and charged it a little with a battery in my locker. welp, time to go. i will make a quick update if anything happens.
****, one of the machines just ******* exploded! it was completely random. the scientist said to the other "it wasn't meant to do this in the first place! after the other said what the hell is going on with our equipment!? he isnt wrong, and thats whats scary. i just pray to god that this wont go wrong.
