Wolf Castle Media is a small group of people working together to get a fully functional tools to go with it. Out current project, SWINE, is a full featured single/multi-player 3D engine created in Game Maker 7/8. Some of its planned features include Multi story levels, per-pixel lighting and ZLIB compressed media formats like PK3, ZIP and PAK.
