??? I dont get it
It's a reaction to what the title says.
The survivor 2299 is a webstie that was used to tease people about the possible annoucement of Fallout 4, the creator(s) of the site made a series of clues and used things such as morse codes and telephone numbers (and even radio frequencies if I remember well) that could be used to reveal little bits of information about the possible story of Fallout 4, of course no one could tell if it was fake or real but things were so elaborated that it fooled everyone into thinking that it was real :(
After some weeks the website was updated: Thesurvivor2299.com
And everyone got super trolled, the end :P
i did the exact same thing except i found the nearest person and bashed them across the head with the remains
Now i think about it there is lot of people in Moddb whit crime records
