Must be some joke about the missing parts... but I have no idea what it might be...
I'm an American, and a Ford lover, and I still don't truly get the joke. Looks like the center of the front bumper is missing, but other than that I don't see anything unusual.

I'm a car geek, I'll translate. The section of bumper is not missing, these sectons of asthetics have been "removed" (specifically the "front license plate holder" has been removed) to provide better air flow to the radiator, and cool the car's standard running temperature.
The humor with in national pride, how nobody else in the world can make such a magnificent peice of engineering, the simplistic additude of shoving our craftsman ship in the face of the rest of the world. You don't get it because it isn't trendy right now for an American to love his country, if it was the hot, shiny, new band wagon you animals would see a whole bunch of "Eff yeah! America" "Wooh! Suck on THAT England"
You can go back to throwing stones at American soldiers who shoot Afghani children for the remainder of this "Jersey Shore" season.
