isn't the whole point of labeling yourself a punk being to rebel, otherwise its just a fashion statement.. (dare I say cultural AaaPropreatioooon)

I'm a sadist, so I must enjoy watching people getting hurt (true story). Also none of them used proper punctuation, thus their point is moot.
Maybe they're just bored with their regular hair color?
Real punks would laugh at that girl though.
