I don't think I watched or was a huge fan of those shows so I'm all good:) (I might not have had a childhood now that I think about it)
Well what do you expect? Most cartoons are made by adults in the first place, and despite best intentions sometimes their world leak into their works...
you dont expect the kids to get it or the adults to watch it so they can make those visual gags if you think about it

Oh c'mon... DragonBall is full of those things anyway... Like half of the guys in the show wanting to touch/screw Bulma or Goku touching peoples genitals all the time!

childhood has been ruined!
