What seems to be regular Half-Life grunts although in the current version of OP4 if you spawn a regular grunt using impulse 76 they are hostile as they were never reprogrammed to be friendly for the obvious reason that OP4 uses it's own grunts.

It's so bad they remove the original character from Opposing Force, it looks so cool
It's called monster_human_frendly_grunt, it is still present in the game, and i think that his ai (dosen't or dose?) work at some point, you can find a video on youtube, its called "Opposing Force Unused NPC's".
I think he meant the beta models Of OP4 grunt Not the character
