I certainly never saw this in Half Life.
It's from half-life alpha version, I did saw it on half-life in goldsrc
i wish ive played the beta :C
In Half-Life Beta grunts was going to be encountered earlier at Unforeseen Consequences instead of We've Got Hostiles.
