It's hard to say if it's Lanza, seeing as he wasn't very well-represented as a character. There's that one video of him playing DDR where we see his face. Other than that, there's no video footage of Lanza's actor. It's all photos. This guy looks different from the kid in the video mostly shown via his larger nose.

Regardless, this man is also obviously an actor and con man. Sandy Hook was obviously a hoax and practically any mass shooting that we can think of in this plague of mass shooting media events over the past few decades is a likely hoax. However, some may in fact be real and involve real deaths, it is difficult to say with complete certainty.

Sandy Hook of all is maybe the most clear-cut hoax evidenced by all the holes in it. It seems that the sloppy sniper FBI agent and the grieving father are not the same actor. They're different people, but both are hoaxers, regardless. The most irrefutable evidence for the hoax actually comes from the official government report which is in the public domain and Wayback Machine info about their website.

Here is where we find evidence that no neighbors (other than Gene Rosen) heard any gunshots. The school was out of commission and not in use during the time of the shooting (get it, "shooting", as in film?), and had been closed for years due to problems with mold and asbestos. And from that all the other pieces fall into place and it becomes exceedingly obvious it was all just a staged event.
