This DIEBOLD/PES electronic voting machine company was used by Hugo Chavez in Venezuela to rig his election. It was used in 2012 to rig it against Rand Paul (although he was not doing well generally speaking). Smartmatic is the corrupt "poll" side to give people a false impression of whose going to win, also comes from Venezuela with ties to Hugo Chavez.
A closer district by district examination of all the polls on the website Isidewith.com indicates potential voter fraud since it is incredibly unlikely that Trumps lead of over 10 points in exit polls would result in such a large vote-switch moments later in Wisconsin. There has been many reports of votes switching to Cruz right after someone inputs their vote, reports have been directed to Roger Stone and Trump Ballot Security. Independent investigation will be conducted. Similar cases have been filed in Iowa, Utah, Oklahoma, Milwaukee, Texas and Massachusetts.
Large number of delegates are becoming unbound & will be handed to a 'establishment' picked candidate in Cleveland caucus. The person with the most votes is not the winner since the only way to win that way is if you have a majority (over 50%) in atleast 8 states. Even if they meet the 1237 delegate number under RNC rule 40(b) the RNC can change the rules to up the number in case vote fraud didn't decrease Trumps vote numbers enough & use their (bought and paid for) unbound delegates.
It's not important who's voting but who's counting the votes.
