Fire Emblem: Shin Monshō no Nazo~Hikari to Kage no Eiyū.

Translation:

Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem-Heroes of Light and Shadow

Known as Fire Emblem XII(Twelve) is the first(and hopefully last) Fire Emblem to not be released internationally after the series began to appear in the west.

It's the first game in the series to introduce the "Avatar" character. Pretty much an MU(My Unit), where you actually help fight and not just guide an army to victory. You are able to have support conversations as well.
