Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken

Translation: Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword

Also known as Fire Emblem VII(7). This was the first Fire Emblem game to be released in the west, the main protagonists are Lyn, Hector, and Eliwood. This is the prequel to Sword of Seals. The game has a very good story and also one of the longest I've ever played in terms of main content.

This title was released in 2003 in Japan and the United States and in 2004 in Europe. It was a pretty darn good game in my opinion and since I don't want to spoil any of the story for anyone, I'll stop here.

Also this game has a remarkably long tutorial for beginning players. Of course it makes sense, this is the first game of the series to be released in the west, however if you beat the game, you can skip the tutorial if you want to play it again.
