That's after WW2. (Cold war time)
Before the 90 when Germany was united and Czechoslovakia was divided, and the bloody conflict(s) in former Yugoslavia, what led to the countries Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, (north)Macedonia and the Kosovo. (Hope this is as politicly correct, don't want to offend somebody on this complicated issue!

No, Kosovo was part of Serbia after the Yugoslav wars, you missed about 9 years :P and there's no north Macedonia, only F.Y.R.O.M (Former Yugoslav Republic Of Macedonia)

This is after World War II.
After when in 1944 the USSR took Estonia and Lithunia under their control, and in 1945, when all of the territory in Latvia was took, in 1949, when the East Germany fell under Communist control.
and before 1990, when Germany was united due to the fall of the Berlin Wall, and 1991, when Estonia, Latvia, Lithunia, and other USSR controlled countries (like the Belorussian SSR) restored their independence and the USSR dissolved.
