More Fixes:

Added logging when crc fails
Added preloading of Desura dll's to make cold start faster
Changed chrome to keep strings as utf8
Fixed crash in cip
Fixed error in js
Fixed gcSocket not listening for errors
Fixed issue where downloads would always fail if crc failed
Fixed issue where verify wouldnt do its job
Fixed issue with chrome crashing desura
