New RA2 concept art found on Cncseries.ru site.
Design for oil rig-like construction yard. It is unknown which faction could use it.
Looks like Westwood wanted a greater Naval aspect than what we got on release....
Could have had some mostly Ocean Maps and RA3 Water Construction elements....
