Maybe...he looks like a cross between the minigunners from TibDawn and the GIs from RA2.

EXACTLY First thing I noticed with Generals was they combined recycled graphical and unit designs. One of the few things done in unacceptable manner in recent history.
Why is it in recent games of C&C4
EA likes to use ideas from other games? (like in C&C4 the unlock system looks like it came from diablo)
(And that the GDI striker looks like the Starwars AT-ST
