He look like he come right from the Battlefield II
PLA Special Ops
The uniform looks like one of the many black uniforms worn by the elite CT units deployed in Beijing. The radio system even looks like it thus it makes him somewhat a strange sight on the battlefield.
Probably will serve as the APA Special Operations Forces general mixed with propaganda duties.
The portraits are now paintings?
