Smells GLA-ish.
Looks directly ported from C&C4
Some of the units are ripped straight out of CnC4, but most are from CnC3.
Since The Forgotten is finally a fully playable faction in this game, most of their units are of new designs (albeit modeled after WH40K stuff) while GDI and Nod have stuff plucked out from the aforementioned games.
God, looks like somebody combined the Toxin Tractor, Flak Track & Battle Bus in one unit. Except in a totally different universe.
