Both ejected safely.

So far it is cited as instrument/mechanical failure.

The Fly-By-Wire is the issue. It's too complicated.

This is likely part of the problem... but the fly-by-wire is meant to allow for the modelling of the characteristics of a wide range of aircraft, right up to Tu-160 level, it's supposed to be complicated... it's even directly programmable if I recall. Probably too complex and unnecessary for export purposes though.

One of our Brand new Yak-130 crashed today.
The aircraft was less than a year old.
