With ComradeWinston and his super-bright-white plane that blinds the enemy with his shining white painting.
Love this game
i think the idea of having different modes such as the arcade mode and more realistic Historic Battle is great, and even better, you don't have to grind the game for dozens of days to get that iconic aircraft of WWII you wanted to fly.
It's a game similar to the WoT formula except its not dull grinding, and after an hour I already fly a Hawker Hurricane with 12 machineguns, then I can get myself a SPITFIRE :D:D
Oh and most importantly, its not a retarded level system as in WoT where your Sherman will half of the time be matched with Tigers you can't do crap about, and then every other game you will be matched against a multitude of panzer III and BT-7 tanks you can just laugh at as your 75mm gun shreds everything. But in War Thunder you face similar leveled aircraft (except the reserves) and even the bi-planes ones can punch holes in a more modern WWII fighter.

But, after this new update, you don't have $$ to get the spitfire :/
I'm level 15 on germans, almost going to level 16, but I have no level 15 aircraft, I just bought my level 14 ;/
I hope they fix it :D

Awesome game, they are also adding a army and navy version of he game too, cant wait!!!
Love this game, just wish they'd encourage more landing back at base for repairs and rearms (in arcade mode). I'm always getting gunned down in a matter of seconds after landing. Especially when your LaGG3 runs out of ammunition after just two kills. :/
And I wish they'd encourage you to level up :/
I was almost getting my first jet fighter, but, since now I only have to grind, grind and grind :/
War Thunder is a piece of crap!!! DONT PLAY THIS GAME!!!! THE CONTROLS ARE ****** UP!!!! I didnt even finish the tutorial, because of this ********.

i heard its almost impossible to play arcade mode with joystick which is silly as ****.
Now I haven't tried it myself because I can't find my stick of joy, but from what I've seen mouse aim seems ridiculously superior.
In arcade yes, almost impossible :/
