Alientrap, the developers behind Capsized have made a new title that mixes platforming and action-RPG genres in Apotheon. In this tale, Hera has overthrown her husband Zeus and assumed the role of God of Gods. She’s none too impressed with the people of the mortal world, so she figures the place would be much better off without them. You take the role of a champion who seeks to save the world from Hera’s wrath, working your way from the depths of Hades to the doors of Mount Olympus itself. The single player experience features a large open world where the player must defeat the old gods and take their powers for himself, and online multiplayer battles are planned as well.
