Need to slow down the walk so it looks like the original N64 version and also it seems it doesn't have the original control scheme of the N64 version but oh well, nice update, me liekies. :P

Funny you should mention the speed of the animations, I actually timed the animations in the original game and they go super fast like I did on the animations, I need to smooth it out though. Also yes the control scheme is different, not a lot of choice when you move from the N64 to PC, however the only real difference is you gain more control over your character. Imagine having Z-Targeting on all the time and you turn with the mouse.

Description

Links Head animations, these are used when you use "Free Look" which allows you to turn the camera around without turning the character, useful when you're running and you want to look around. Some of the movement animations as well, all animations are not final and can be changed but this might be what to expect for the alpha.
