After installing the full version of the game I get the same message whenever I try to launch it:

"Installation corrupted! Please reinstall your copy of Woody Two legs from your original installation media."

Obviously I don't actually have any media. Running the verify tools doesn't resolve the issue. However, if I switch to the demo version, that will start up.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here?

I had the same problem - Couldn't find a solution for the "Installation Corrupted error" but I did get around it by installing the Stand-alone version of the game. To do this download the ZIP file shown on the game's profile page after purchase (underneath where it says PURCHASED DOWNLOADS). After that I just installed it like a normal program, ran the patch #2 included with the download, and now happily playing.

Stand-alone version of the game works fine, runs like a normal program from the desktop shortcut, but the Desura link in my PLAY List still has the Installation Corrupt Error.
