A mod that allows for many more bodies as well as body parts to be displayed at a time in Wolfenstein 2009's SP campaign. Its performance impact on modern systems is negligible, but for weak or old computers it may be advisable to not use this mod.
The corpses and gibs will eventually despawn if the player enters a new area or finishes the selected mission. Once the player returns to those areas, the carnage will be reset but they can of course start anew.

The amount of decals that could be displayed on the bodies is unchanged, alas. This mod can combine well with WOLF REDUX v1.3 and this is how I personally use it.
I am not the author of this mod, it was created by Madiark from Steam.
Strangely, when using that mod, it works for the corpses (after starting a new level), but I no longer get explosions from grenades.

Alas I am not the original mod maker. However I did test it on my end and the grenade explosions were fine. IDK where the issue may lie, perhaps somethign with the GPU drivers?
*Grenade explosion effect is a GPU only compute effect.
Which file / line is responsible for time of disappearing ripped body parts? I'd like to extend it manually by PK4Scape.
