I know you've said the Orks will be tougher and their guns will be less accurate and more powerful (a spray and pray type thing) but this could mean that playing as Orks becomes unpopular. Some players might think it's not skilful because their guns work on a luck basis rather than aiming skill. I've heard that most ork classes will not have a hud and you guys are not keen on aiming reticules, also you said only the Shoota will have iron sights. Does this mean for all the other guns you will have no aim reticule and have to kind of aim where you think the centre of your screen is and spray all around? This is fine if you're going for the fact that the Orks guns are not their favourite weapons and they are only there for shooting as they try and run in to chop people up but also if you're not having a reticule at all people may get motion sickness. I'm serious, there were issues with motion sickness in Mirrors Edge which was originally desinged to be more realistic with no reticule but they had to add one in so people could focus their eyes on something and not get sick. Another thing that might discourage people from being Orks is that it seems that the more accurate Guard soldiers could just snipe them down from a distance as they run accross the open, unless you plan to make the maps more enclosed, with few wide open spaces.

the shoota will not have iron sights, and all ork weapons are inaccurate, theya re tougher, all have choppas and ORK weapons have a aimer reticule, tis imperials that dont, and the maps arent open at all. however that being said, the teams will work on a ticket system with orks having less respawns seeing as they can take more damage

so the Guard are expected to die a lot then? i guess thats fitting if they're guardsmen but it might make it less fun to play that way. How the heck are you going to have maps where vehicles have enough space to drive around in and still have it enclosed enough to make it fair for the Orks?
