how about for beta we just do 1 class per side, then for first full release, we include full teams |

this is not the worst idea i've ever heard, although perhaps we should stop calling it a beta and call it an 'alpha' or a 'preview release' instead. hopefully that'll get the point across more that it's not final, and that we're willing to listen to legitimate feedback and that we have a ways to go. |

maybe, but I would have thought after final leave the races until the rough edges are smoothed off. add extra features, maps, modes and balancing until there is a large variety of stuff, i'm not keen on extra races until quite a long time has gone by. |
