These are the much sought after unofficial modding tools for Space Marine from the old relicnews forums, and I bring them to you, malware free, and free of charge. I hope there are still some WH40K Space Marine modders out there who appreciate this, or hopefully people aspiring to become one. Perhaps most worth mentioning is an .oppc file extractor (called SMOPPC), which is a program that extracts the .oppc files of Space Marine and lets you mod them. public access.
