How to form the HRE

To form the HRE you must: Sphere or control core provinces of Belgium,Netherlands and austria, after you done that your nation changed to the HRE and you got cores on a lot of the lands that HRE owned irl and also you have a new decision to integrate the benelux for more cores on benelux. Both the decisions to form HRE and to integrate the benelux give you a lot of infamy and militancy. You also will need some prestige to form it cause you can't claim to be such a majestuous country if people barely recognize you :)

Fascist dictatorship, proletarian dictatorship, republic and the regular monarchist version of the HRE has their own flags and custom names aswell!

(yes I know I used the Fuhrerreich valkist flag for the fascist version of HRE but I didin't quite find a good one to find if the owner of fuhrerreich wants me to remove it I'll do it.)

V0.7 Changelog:
Realized that belgian cores go away after you conquer wallonia or flanders so I made it so you need to have both wallonie cores and flemish cores, don't worry if belgium exists it will still work cause they still control both of those nations cores.

Also fixed some of the code not working as intended.

You need to have the HPM mod for this mod to work correctly!
