BTW, as I made this I had an idea. I am thinking we will make all the melee view models have several bloody skins. The more you kill, the bloodier it gets. What do you guys think? Vote/Comment Please.

Gradually bloodier is a good idea, but is it worth the space?
i think it would be worth it. We would make all the melee weapons 128x128 so not much space is taken, or maybe even 2 skins. Clean melee weapon, you kill something (or attack) and then its bloody.
i like that idea it makes it a little more realistic.
Plain for world model. I like the idea where the weapon gets bloody each kill.
If it's possible, have the blood as a separate texture and apply it on top of the melee weapon. Would save on space.
Judging by the videos it would be easily achieved since you already have decals.
