Maybe Lara is trying to clear her name in this game, but EIDOS tried to clear their name after the release of this laggy game. They tried to modernize the series with new movement tactics, complex menus, interactive cutscenes etc., which sounds nice, but was very poorly executed. It could be a truly awesome game, but sadly it was just an incomplete attempt of modernization.
