THE HISTORY:

Bylo is a young and rebel sorcerer apprentice who one day make a practical joke on one of the teachers in the magic tower where he studies.

He's caught and punished for cleaning every corner of Itsmoor of a strange moss that has suddenly appeared.

During the course of his task (an unusual job for a sorcerer), he will discover where and how that moss has appeared, who is behind it and what his plans are, so he will decide to derail them. You will also meet various characters who will help you advance in your mission (in exchange for favors, of course).

Help him in his task and leave every corner of Itsmor untouched as you unravel a mysterious plot, using only your magic... and your cunning!
But remember: your magic power is depleted and you must replenish it.


"This is not a sorcerer's job" is a fun adventure of puzzles and platforms that, as usual in us, we have put the maximum of passion and pampering (especially in the small details), something that can already be considered our main hallmark, since we always seek the absolute satisfaction of the player.

- Wonderful soundtrack by Alexandr Zhelanov.
- Variety of enemies, traps and mechanisms.
- Challenging puzzles that will tempt you to replay more than one level.
- Various environments and areas to explore.
- Hidden areas where you will find the forgotten treasures of Itsmor.
- Go through various parts of Itsmor avoiding annoying enemies and treacherous traps.
- Various characters that will make you smile... or laugh.
- Discover the mystery behind of the mysterious moss.
- Gameplay that will hook you from the start.
- NOTE: Some of the names and places used in the game are taken from my book "Bylo and the Oracle's Prophecy".

New level, new mechanics... and Windows version!! (v0.38)

News

New update of "This is not a sorcerer's job" - Version 0.38.


These are its most important news:

  • New Level (6) - Another challenging new level that will put your skill and cunning to the test.
  • Water areas: they will not harm you, but they will cause your speed to be decreased.
  • New mechanics: buttons and sliding platforms will make you think (this time not too much) to solve the puzzle.
  • Added 2 languages: Italian and Portuguese. Please, if you find any translation errors (which I am sure there will be) do not hesitate to let me know.
  • In development a new level that (I already advance it) will include the incorporation of tele-transporters.
  • New functions with which I move and zoom the camera according to the situation, so that the player does not miss details.
  • Oh, and the first explosion in the game that you will surely like (I am fully satisfied with how it turned out).
  • NOW ALSO AVAILABLE FOR WINDOWS !!

Once again, I hope that this new update and its news are to your liking, and that you enjoy playing as much as I did programming and designing the game;)


VERY VERY IMPORTANT: Please, if you find any game or TRANSLATION errors, do not hesitate to comment, I want to make the game as perfect as possible (within my possibilities, of course). I use Google Translator for this and we know very well that it is not a perfect system.
