I am pleased to announce that The Search is now on Steam Greenlight!
The Search is a point-and-click adventure game with a surreal twist. You arrive in an unknown world without knowledge of how you got there. With the aid of letters and notes left behind by an unknown guide, the mystery of these worlds and your existence in it is slowly revealed. This game is greatly inspired by other first person point-and-click adventure games like Myst and Riven.
Along with the Greenlight announcement, I'm pleased to present the first trailer for The Search:
The Search is a game I've made in my spare time over the past year and a half in between my day job as a 3D artist. There's still more work to do, such as adding music, polishing the user experience, more playtesting, and optimization, but much of the content is now complete.
