just dont make them blocks give them real windows so when you walk through the game you dont think: welcome in block city
just a sugestion
It's on background:) They are very low poly to make game work faster. Also, they are not blacks really, because this picture is very low resolution, you can't see it's details(there are not so many details in all builings, but they are not just blocks!)
