We initially set out to create a platformer that harks back to the days of our youth such as Super Mario Bros, Sonic and Megaman.

The team is currently working with dev art assets whilst we search for devoted and skilled artists but most of the gameplay functions are in place.

We are still working hard on the game.
I have been dabbling around with OpenGL looking into making our very own crossplatform rendering engine.
Michael has been hard at work on the levels.
Jan, our environment artist has made some pretty nice tiles:
Our character artist Andrew has been working on some of our Faime sprites.
Mark has been mixing the music and experimenting with different sounds.
And finally Ian, has been slacking. Just kidding, he's been busy helping Michael with the levels for the first world and has designed some pretty cool layouts for 2 secret levels.
The point of this post is just to let you know that this project is not dead. It is very much in development. So my apologies for the lack of updates for this page.

This is a quick update of what we had last week. Since then we've made some meaty changes to the way levels and assets work as well as an entire system...
Fixed some more bugs. I think. Sort of a re-revamped of the slope detection and reaction physics.
Not been working on it today as much as I did yesterday, but I got what I think is a substantial amount done.
Been working on the stuff for this build for over 12 hours straight, no breaks. Have fun ^_^
